When coordinating your shipments we will:

1. Analyze the shipment and designate the most efficient mode of transport.
2. Establish a rate.
3. Coordinate pick up and delivery schedules with shipper and consignee.
4. Secure quality carriers to transport shipments.
5. Obtain carrier insurance certificates to insure proper coverage levels.
6. Contractually obligate carriers to perform under given schedules and rates.
7. Monitor and track each shipment from pick up to delivery.
8. Audit all freight invoices for discount and rate accuracy.
9. Resolve any conflicts, overages, shortages or damages within the freight payer's guidelines.
10. Provide accelerated freight payment to all carriers to secure future carrier loyalty and strengthen negotiating position.
