We fully recognize that, in order to earn your business, we must first earn your trust. Our customers trust us to move their valuable goods to market in a timely, cost efficient manner. We understand that our customers' reputation for reliability rests with us and because we take this responsibility very seriously, all FDI load coordinators work as a team.

Your shipments will not be assigned to any particular load coordinator, everyone here is responsible to make sure your product is delivered on time, on budget and fully intact. If problems should arise during shipment, you will be the first to know, not the last. We encourage you and your customers to call us with any questions regarding a shipment just as they would your own traffic department. Your questions will be answered in a friendly, courteous and professional manner by any one of our load coordinators.

FDI is committed to maintaining the most current information technology available in the Trucking Industry, but the one piece of technology that FDI has never, and will never use, is a frustrating voice mail system. We realize that when Just-in-Time deliveries are the rule of the day, you need an immediate response to your questions. During working hours, once you've dialed our phone number, you will not spend one second pushing buttons through an endless array of options only to leave a message with a machine. Actual human beings answer our phones and they know how to get the answer to your questions or pass on an accurate message.

We act as an extension of your company, working towards your goals and treating your customers as you would. We are your ambassadors at the end of the supply chain.
